At Rivistas Subscription Services, your renewals are processed internally about six months prior to the earliest start date and are both emailed to you in a PDF format and are available online in PDF and excel formats. This may seem early, but we know that it takes a few months for some libraries to go through the red tape that may be involved. From our online system, customers also see their renewal in an online shopping cart format, allowing customers to easily add and remove titles from our catalog of available titles. We are trying to cut down on the absurd amount of paper that has typically been used in this process through the years. Plus, it’s just easier!
Customers can also email us the changes that need to be made to the renewal and we will gladly make the changes. We like to provide the option for each library to make the changes quickly online for yourself or send the changes to us and let us update your collection. Either way, we are simplifying the process for you. And of course, you can still submit your renewal form the “old fashioned” way by marking the changes on your printed or electronic forms. We’re flexible…and we’re fast!
After all of the changes have been made you are able to download a PDF version of your renewal and an excel version of your renewal. We’ll even be happy to email a copy to you. From there, you can hit submit online to place your order or you can go through your normal purchasing procedures. Once your magazine order is received, we send a confirmation email to you letting you know that your order has been received. We’re a subscription agency that communicates well and keeps you in the loop along the way.
