An Introduction To Rivistas Subscription Services

Who are you?

We have been asked the question “Who are you? What kind of magazine industry experience do you have?”  Rivistas is headed up by Tony Howell and Bonnie Cribbs.  Both are former Vice Presidents at a leading subscription agency.  Tony developed software for subscription services for 22 years and also served as General Manager of Operations, headed the IT department.  Bonnie Cribbs was responsible for  sales, customer service, publisher relations, was a library account manager and later was responsible for marketing.  Bonnie excelled when it came to account management for public libraries and school libraries – these types of libraries became one of his passions.  Knowing the library world is ever-changing, Bonnie & Tony wanted to establish a web-based system that would enhance the way libraries ordered their magazine subscriptions.  That, along with a strong desire to provide an outstanding customer experience, Rivistas Subscription Services was introduced.
